Natal Antonini, one of the founders of Upcycle, is a mechanical engineer with a master's thesis on rotary internal combustion engines with innovative design. Most of the 30 years of his career were dedicated to innovation projects, many of them in the area of internal combustion engines. At the same time, he developed and supervised handcrafted replicas, such as a Lotus 7 and a Porsche 550. He registered and obtained the patent for the LTTC (Low-Temperature Turbo Charger), a prototype being developed by a team in Brazil. For the last eight years, Natal has been dedicated to projects for converting combustion engines into electrics, currently focusing on the Upcycle conversion project.

Magali Freiberger, the second founder, has a wealth of experience in business management, a degree in Economic Sciences, and a postgraduate degree in Business Management. She acted as Director and successfully managed her company Sicex Despachos Aduanerios-Grupo Bielog, in Brazil for 23 years. Through its qualified team, her company provided international logistics, forwarding and customs clearance services.

In 2018, Natal and Magali started the immigration process from Brazil to PEI in Canada to start Upcycle... and what a start it’s been!

Upcycle Dealership has been taking pre-orders for the first 100 units of Full Electric Retrofit, Remanufactured, and Converted Small Pickup Trucks since mid-August 2022. For now, the option is only available to buyers in PEI.

* The final value of the electric pickup truck can vary up or down according to the price variation of the necessary inputs.

Note: Customers must be able to count on the Provincial Rebate provided for those who purchase a 100% electric vehicle.

Customers who place a pre-order soon will be guaranteed to receive the electric pickup truck from August 2023 to August 2024.

Based on current schedules, which are subject to change, we expect the first 2023 REV500 truck to be delivered in mid-2023. Upcycle Dealership offers you the opportunity to express your interest in the vehicle described above by pre-ordering.

As the delivery of the future model year, REV500 is not expected until mid–2023. The manufactory reserves the right to change vehicle design, equipment, options, and availability.

For those same reasons, we are offering you a pre-order. Your participation does not constitute a commitment on your part to purchase the vehicle when it becomes available.

You are free to cancel and receive a full refund at any time before entering a sales contract with the Reseller. Until you sign a vehicle sales agreement with Upcycle Dealership, you have the unconditional right to cancel your participation and receive a full refund. Prices on this website are preliminary and are subject to change before the delivery of any vehicle. Prices are the current manufacturer's suggested retail prices for the vehicle trim levels indicated, but the dealer will set the actual retail price of your REV500 EV Truck, which may differ from the manufacturer's suggested retail price. The manufacturer's suggested retail price is stated in Canadian Dollars. It does not include taxes, titles, licenses, or other fees and charges that will be included in your final sales agreement with the Reseller. This Agreement is not a vehicle purchase or sale agreement. Before purchasing the vehicle, you will have to negotiate the final price and enter a sales contract with Upcycle Dealership our reservation, or your place on the waitlist will be made with the Upcycle Dealership.

The CAD 100.00 fee for booking your space on the waitlist and participation is payable directly to Upcycle Dealership. You will not earn interest on your payment. If you wish to cancel your participation and receive a full refund, you must provide written notice to Upcycle Dealership via email at info@upcyclegreentech.com, who will promptly process your refund. If you cancel your participation, fail to timely respond to Upcycle Dealership requests, fail to reach an agreement with Upcycle Dealership on the final terms of vehicle purchase, or fail to pay the CAD 100.00 participation fee, the Upcycle Dealership may cancel its participation and prioritize a vehicle for a different customer.

This program is only available to individuals residing in the Province of Prince Edward Island in Canada who are 18 years or older. Vehicles must be purchased and delivered through Upcycle Dealership.
